Katy is the owner and main instructor of Showstoppers. She graduated in 2009 from Oklahoma State University with a degree in general business and specialization in marketing. Katy has been a teacher at Showstoppers for over 20 years. She teaches all genres-ballet, lyrical ballet, pointe, tap and jazz/hip hop. She is the director of the Mini, Junior & Senior Dance Companies at Showstoppers. The companies have won numerous 1st place awards at regional competitions for the past 10 years. She and her husband John are the proud parents of four children–Charley, Reed, Klark & Wylie.
Liza has been teaching at Showstoppers for five years. She teaches ballet, lyrical ballet, and jazz/hiphop.She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science and is currently working on her master’s degree in dietetics. In her free time she enjoys exercising and creating new healthy recipes.
Tracy started Showstoppers in 1984 while finishing her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at Oklahoma State University. She was the owner and an instructor of 20-30 classes/week for 40 years. She has had over 50 years of dance experience in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz & lyrical ballet. She announced her retirement in the spring of 2024 but continues to teach adult dance classes at Showstoppers. She was the director of the Oklahoma State University Dance Company 1990-91. Tracy has also been involved in the community. She was a member of the Stillwater Junior Service League for 7 years. She served as president of the board for The Saville Center 1999-2000. She has choreographed various musicals for the local theater and school events. She has been a talent judge for greek performances on the OSU campus known as Freshman Follies & Varsity Review and a judge for Jr Miss pageants. Through the years, several groups from Showstoppers have participated in dance competitions where they have won numerous top awards. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve and her dogs. She also enjoys gardening, traveling and college football.
Ali is currently a college student at Oklahoma State University studying Nutritional Sciences- Dietetics. She graduated from Stillwater High School in 2022 and was a member of the SHS State Championship Pom Squad. She has been dancing at showstoppers for 17 years and teaching dance for 4 years.
Liberty has been dancing at Showstoppers for 14 years and has been a teacher for 5. She graduated high school last year and is now in college to become a Midwife.
